TROPICAL SMOKEHOUSE X CELIS COLLAB

We love our neighbors at Tropical Smokehouse. Every Wednesday after our Run Club a group of us shoot over there for dinner and it never misses. When Rick Mace (Executive Chef / co-owner) and co-owner Jason Lakow approached us for a summer collab we jumped on the opportunity. We agreed that a summer hot sauce would be ideal and mango season is in full swing so the Mango Habanero was born. Rick turned the mangoes and habaneros into a pulp and he fermented the pulp until it had just the right balance. The hot sauce has a perfect balance of sweet, spice and sourness. Perfect for any sandwich, scrambled eggs or whatever your heart desires. We made a limited amount so swing by our Dixie location or Tropical Smokehouse and get your hands on a bottle. We want to thank the Tropical Smokehouse team for making this happen and Tropical Acres Farms (local mango farm) for helping us with sourcing, we love working with like minded businesses that put quality first and add value to our city and community.
